Tailor my design

If you have carried a picture of an abaya in your head for a while, or on your phone for longer, bring it to us. We cut for one woman at a time — which means the design does not have to be one of ours.

Every abaya on this site is already made to your measurements. This page is for when you want to change something about it — or start from nothing at all.

What you can change

The length

Shorter for the everyday, longer for the evening. Measured from your shoulder, not from a chart.

The sleeve

Wide and flowing, or close at the wrist. Ours falls at 10 cm unless you tell us otherwise.

The colour

Black, off-white, olive, and the shades between. Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly what we can reach.

The detail

Beading, embroidery, buttons, pleats — added, removed, or moved somewhere quieter.

Or start from a picture

A photograph from a wedding. A screenshot you saved months ago. A sketch on the back of something. Send it to us with your measurements and we will tell you whether we can make it, what it would cost, and how long it would take — before you pay anything.

One thing we will not do: copy another house’s design or mark. Show us what you loved about it — the line of the shoulder, the fall of the sleeve — and we will make you something that is genuinely yours.

How it goes

    You tell us

    The picture or the description, your measurements, and the date you need it by.

  2. 2

    We come back with a price

    And an honest answer about the date. If we cannot make it in time, we will say so rather than disappoint you later.

    It is cut for you

    Seven to ten days for our own designs. A little longer for something made from nothing.

  4. 4

    It reaches you

    Here in the UAE, or home to her — wherever it is meant to arrive.

If the fit is not right

It happens, and it is not a disaster. The first size correction is free. Send it back to us unworn and we will put it right.

A made-to-measure abaya cannot be returned for a refund — it exists only because you asked for it, in your measurements and no one else’s. That is exactly why we would rather talk before you order than after.

Measure first, then talk to us

The measuring guide takes ten minutes and saves everything. When you have your numbers, send them with your picture on WhatsApp or from the contact page.
